What are the dolls made from?
The planned launch collection uses supplier-specified silicone configurations. Exact material, body and head references, dimensions, weight, and included features will be identified for the selected product. Do not assume another model shares the same specifications.
Can I choose clothing, hair, or other options?
We plan to offer selected styling and configuration options. Compatibility, included items, and any additional cost must be confirmed for the exact model. Styling concepts are not proof that clothing or accessories are included.
How long will delivery take?
There is no confirmed universal delivery time at this stage. Timing depends on current stock, configuration, destination, and carrier. Before accepting a future order, we will provide a written shipment estimate and the applicable delivery charges and terms.
Do the dolls include an AI voice assistant?
No AI voice service is included in our current planned physical-product offering. Any future optional service would need a separate description and terms. A customer-support telephone service is not a voice capability built into a doll.
How can I check an order or get help from a person?
Email support@duchessdoll.us. If you already have a reference from a conversation with us, include that reference and your question. We are not accepting new orders yet. We will verify identity privately before sharing any customer-specific information.

Custom or non-U.S.-stock requests require separate confirmation of their shipping origin and timing. If a future shipment is delayed, we will provide the required notice and applicable cancellation and refund options.
Returns and warranty
We are not accepting purchases, and no return window is currently running. Product-specific cancellation, return, damage-reporting, and manufacturer warranty terms will be disclosed before a future payment is requested.
