Availability and destination
We verify the exact supplier configuration, stock location, and delivery destination before sending a payment request. Supplier-reported California availability is not a reservation. The showroom currently accepts requests for United States addresses; not every destination or requested configuration is eligible.
Shipment and delivery estimates
Your written offer will identify a supported shipment timeframe and, when available, the carrier's estimated delivery window. Production, dispatch, and transit are separate stages. We do not promise one universal delivery time. Any required cleared payment or final configuration confirmation will be stated before the order is accepted.
Charges and receiving arrangements
Before payment, we confirm shipping charges, destination tax, any known import responsibilities, signature requirements, tracking availability, and the delivery service level. Heavy items may need appropriate assistance and access. Do not assume installation, upstairs delivery, or packaging removal is included.
Packaging and tracking
Available discreet packaging, sender information, and transit coverage are confirmed for the specific shipment. Carrier and customs labels must remain accurate. When tracking is available, we share it through your order correspondence. Contact support@duchessdoll.us with your reference for an update.
If shipment is delayed
If we cannot meet the promised shipment date, we notify you with the revised date, or explain when no reliable date is available, and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund of the unshipped order. We obtain consent where required. If we cannot fulfill the order, we notify you and refund the unshipped purchase.
On arrival
Check the outer package before signing when the carrier permits it. Keep packaging and photograph damage, missing items, or an incorrect configuration. Please contact Duchess within 48 hours of discovery so we can investigate promptly; this request does not limit your legal rights. See Returns and delivery issues before sending anything back.
