Information we collect
When you submit a configuration, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, delivery address, selected options, and any notes you provide. Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request times, and errors to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use these details to answer questions, confirm availability and delivery, prepare your written order details, arrange fulfillment, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Requesting an order review does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who receives it
Duchess Doll LLC uses service providers for hosting, email delivery, security, and payment processing. When needed for your order, relevant configuration and delivery details are shared with the manufacturer and carrier. We do not sell your personal information or publish customer profiles. Card details belong only on the secure Chase-hosted payment page, never in our form, email, or telephone support.
Browser storage and records
The showroom uses session storage for your age confirmation. The request form does not save your contact or delivery details in browser local storage. Once the production request service is activated, submissions are delivered to our support mailbox; they are not placed in a marketing database. We retain correspondence and order records only as needed for service, security, disputes, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Telephone support
Telephone support uses an automated assistant and Twilio. We do not record calls. Spoken questions are converted to text to match approved support answers. Twilio and its speech providers process call audio and text; call records may include your number, call times, duration, routing, and technical errors. Calls may be transferred to a representative. We use short-lived, keyed caller identifiers to limit repeated calls; these do not contain your number in plain text. Please do not share sensitive information in an automated question.
Your choices
Contact support@duchessdoll.us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. Do not send government identification, card details, passwords, or medical information with a showroom request.
Privacy in delivery
Packaging, sender details, shipping labels, and payment descriptors depend on the confirmed order and service providers. We confirm available arrangements before payment; we cannot promise that a purchase will be invisible to a bank, carrier, household member, or government authority.
