Who we are
This showroom is operated by Duchess Doll LLC, a retailer of adult silicone companion dolls. Our launch configurations are manufactured by Irontech Doll. Duchess Doll remains your contact for configuration, ordering, and customer support at support@duchessdoll.us.

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to purchase and receive the selected product where you live. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, or attempts to interfere with its security.
Configuration and images
Catalog entries describe supplier configurations, not a guarantee of current stock or compatibility for every option. Duchess styling visualizations may use generated clothing, poses, and settings. They are not photographs of the exact item delivered. The written offer identifies the body, head, finish, dimensions, included items, and approved changes. Current physical products do not include an AI voice service unless separately and explicitly offered.
Prices and promotions
Current displayed bases are ongoing prices, not a timed introductory discount. Requested additions are separate. Standard shipping is included on eligible U.S. full-doll orders without requiring an add-on. Exact-address eligibility is confirmed before payment; Alaska, Hawaii, territories, remote destinations and expedited services require separate review. Displayed merchandise subtotals exclude applicable destination tax and any separately agreed delivery services. Availability, requested additions and final terms must be confirmed before payment. A purchase request does not reserve stock or constitute acceptance; the final written confirmation controls. No percentage saving from a higher reference price is implied. We correct pricing or description errors before an order is accepted.
Preorder list and extra 5% code
Joining the preorder list records interest only. It is not an order, deposit, reservation, guarantee of stock, or promise that a payment method will be approved. A submitted preorder receives a unique code for an extra 5% reduction on one eventual Duchess Doll retail order after secure payment opens. The code is subject to availability, final written pricing, tax, delivery eligibility, and the terms presented before payment. It has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be combined with another percentage promotion unless the final written offer expressly allows it. We may correct misuse, duplicate codes, or technical errors before accepting an order.
Order acceptance and payment
Submitting the review form creates a purchase request; it does not reserve stock or charge a card. Before payment, you receive written confirmation of the exact configuration, total price, shipment estimate, cancellation and return terms, and applicable warranty. Card checkout is awaiting processor approval. Pay only through secure instructions sent by Duchess Doll after reviewing those details. Never send card information through this site or ordinary email.
Shipping, returns, and privacy
Our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies describe the process in more detail. Any product-specific limits must be disclosed before payment. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
