Who we are
This showroom is operated by Duchess Doll LLC, a retailer of adult silicone companion dolls. Our launch configurations are manufactured by Irontech Doll. Duchess Doll remains your contact for configuration, ordering, and customer support at support@duchessdoll.us.

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to purchase and receive the selected product where you live. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, or attempts to interfere with its security.
Configuration and images
Catalog entries describe supplier configurations, not a guarantee of current stock or compatibility for every option. Duchess styling visualizations may use generated clothing, poses, and settings. They are not photographs of the exact item delivered. The written offer identifies the body, head, finish, dimensions, included items, and approved changes. Current physical products do not include an AI voice service unless separately and explicitly offered.
Prices and promotions
Displayed merchandise subtotals exclude shipping and destination tax until availability, requested additions, shipping, tax, and final terms are confirmed. The planned 10% introductory reduction applies to the base model only for the first 30 days of paid sales. Higher comparison amounts are genuine planned post-launch prices, not prices previously charged. Publishing a business-information page or viewing a private preview does not start the promotion. The offer's exact start and end dates are disclosed when paid sales open; after the offer ends, the post-launch base prices apply. We correct pricing or description errors before an order is accepted.
Order acceptance and payment
Submitting the review form requests an offer; it does not place an order, reserve stock, or charge a card. Before payment, you receive written confirmation of the exact configuration, total price, shipment estimate, cancellation and return terms, and applicable warranty. Pay only through the matching Chase-hosted payment request after reviewing those details. Never send card information through this site or ordinary email.
Shipping, returns, and privacy
Our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies describe the process in more detail. Any product-specific limits must be disclosed before payment. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
